San Francisco Association of Realtors Market Update

According to the San Francisco Association of Realtors, the San Francisco county sale volume decreased about 7% from September 2017 to September 2018, with the number of active listings up 11%. And the median sale price up 6.4%, from $1,245,000 to $1,325,000, over the same period. Notably, the average sales price in San Francisco jumped to $1,726,000 in October, which is a striking increase over the previous months and a new all-time high, topping the previous record of $1,676,000 in April 2018.
